As a condition of using the Regional Wines of the World (hereinafter referred to as “RWW”) website and our other services (hereinafter referred to as “the Service”) you agree to comply with and be subject to all the following terms and conditions of use.

RWW is bound by Australian Consumer Law and nothing in our terms and conditions can override any of your consumer rights given by these laws.

Responsible Service of Alcohol

Under Australian laws, alcoholic beverages can only be sold or supplied to persons aged 18 years of age or over.

By placing an order you are confirming to us that you are at least 18 years of age.

You accept that any alcoholic beverages purchased are for your personal use only and are not to be on-sold.
