Dispatch and Delivery Policy

These policies are part of the overall Terms and Conditions for using our service, which can be found here. By using our service you are agreeing to comply with these terms and conditions.

Dispatch Times

We endeavour to ship the same day for orders placed in the morning and the next day for orders placed in the afternoon or evening, however dispatch times are subject to stock availability and may vary due to stock being sold out.

Orders will not be part shipped.

Delivery Areas

We deliver to metropolitan areas and selected regional areas in NSW, QLD, ACT, and VIC.

Shipping to SA can be organised on request – please contact us for a quote.

We do not ship to WA or NT, and we do not ship internationally.

Our website will specify if we deliver to a customer’s postcode, and the associated cost, when they enter their address.

If you live in regional areas in NSW, QLD, VIC, or ACT not covered by our standard shipping please contact us to arrange a quote for delivery.

Delivery Cost and Delivery Times

We are based in Sydney and all products are shipped from our Sydney warehouse. We predominantly use Fastway Couriers.

Delivery cost will be shown before order confirmation and payment, and will be included in the total cost.

Approximate delivery times and costs are given below and are to be used as a guide only:

Unless otherwise stated, assume up to 5 days for delivery.

If you feel an order hasn’t arrived in a timely manner please contact us, preferably by phone.

Customers are responsible for reporting all damage to the product as soon as possible after receiving the goods.

Missed Deliveries

In your absence the courier is able to leave the delivery in a location of your choice. Please ensure this location is suitably secure. You can specify this location when you place the order.

Otherwise, the courier will leave a card with the appropriate information.

Customers are responsible for all freight charges for incorrect delivery details and these will be added to the invoice total.
